Philip is the Managing Director of Philson Electric Co Pvt Ltd., Chennai. The firm Philip heads, is into design, detailed engineering, consulting, erection, testing & commissioning of the Electrical Installations of several Industrial, Township, Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Complexes, Housing, Residential and IT building projects. Philip holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas, Arlington, USA and a B.E., in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College (currently NIT), Trichy.

Stephen, is the Director of Fabrimech Engineers Pvt Ltd, Chennai.He has served the same company under different leadership and structures for the past 26 years. The company is a major supplier to the Transportation Industry in India and abroad.Stephen, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business and also serves on the Board of Directors in other Engineering companies.

George devotes his time for the operations and activities of OSF. He has pursued his under-graduation in B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics) and holds a Master’s degree in Management. By profession he is a market research consultant and evaluation specialist with over 20 years of experience. In his earlier stint at Kantar IMRB, he led the Healthcare and Education business verticals. He has advised many Indian and overseas firms in pricing, strategy, due diligence, branding, market entry, impact assessment and customer experience in diverse sectors. He resides at Chennai and is a proponent of social projects in education, healthcare and livelihood that will help bridge the disparities that exists in India.

Anil devotes a fair bit of his time for the activities of OSF. Many of us are really privileged to enjoy the providence, goodness of life and to know the purpose of life. Being recipient of such a life there was a great burden to serve the society in a small way and help the common man to find a better objective and quality of life. Incorporation of OSF have given a new positive angle to serve the society at large. After a professional career spanning 15 years with Standard Chartered, HSBC, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, ICICI Prudential Asset Management and Reliance Nippon Asset Management, he resigned and set up his own firm for advising corporates, promoters and institutions in the area of Portfolio & Wealth Management and Investment Banking.

Roy is based out of Bangalore. He is qualified in Printing Technology and spent 18 years of his professional career working with advanced technology of the Printing Industries at Japan and then Canada. He is now involved in community service for the past 25 years in India, managing various initiatives. He devotes a considerable time for the work of OSF as well. His wide network of contacts and familiarity with the local needs adds to the quality of decision making in OSF

Mathews, operates out of Bangalore. He completed his technical qualification in Electrical Engineering and served in the Indian Air Force for 15 years post which for 30 years with Bank of India. He has retired and involves himself in community service. His work in the Defence and Banking sector has taken him to a lot of places in India. Thus, he is well connected and understand the social gaps and needs of many places. He is able to guide OSF to get leads on various projects.

Surendra coordinates community programs and volunteer teams, ensuring projects reach intended beneficiaries on time. He focuses on stakeholder coordination and practical implementation.

Reji brings operational experience in community development and program management. He assists OSF in monitoring impact, building partnerships and supporting grassroots activities.

Akshaya Sagar is a Rex Karmaveer Fellow of 2015-2016 and was awarded the Social Entrepreneur Award 2017 by ET NOW-Mumbai for his contribution in promotion of social entrepreneurship across India through partnership and convergence model. He brings nearly 20 years of professional experience from Corporate and Non-for-profit Sector. His vision is to make social equity and equality reachable to the poorest of poor in India as he believes in creating opportunity rather than doing charity. Akshaya is an influential leader in the space of social start-ups and also an educator, entrepreneur and a strategic visionary leader. He is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Odisha Rising Foundation (ORF) and seats in the Board of Climate Change A Reality Foundation (CCARF) and Reaching Hand in the advisory role and as a fundraising consultant. He has travelled extensively in India, US, Europe and Asia-Pacific to create a community of change makers and strengthen social start-ups. A commerce graduate, he has studied Sustainability in Indian Context from Azim Premji University, NGO Management by CII-CISM and PGDCA. He has won many awards and recognition especially in the field of fundraising.
